itaru cuts solid wood tops to fit specific IKEA and MUJI models. Customers select a frame and a wood species; a top sized and finished to install arrives in 3–4 weeks. No measuring, no carpentry.

The service is built out and live, taking real orders. The hypothesis is validated; the open question is how many sample kit requests turn into completed orders — the number that decides whether to scale it.
