He began by putting the humanities to work inside companies, and co-founded Cross Philosophies, Japan's first philosophy consultancy. That work now runs through economic associations, major corporations, and foundations, and through industry-academia-government collaboration.
At ENVLOP he builds and runs services for global niche markets. His focus is on the service and the operations that keep it running; in client work, what he hands over is a system the team runs on its own, with no dependency left behind.
