Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 22, 2026
1. Scope
This policy explains how ENVLOP Inc. ("we") handles personal information collected through this website. Individual client engagements and separately operated products may be governed by their own agreements; where those conflict with this policy, the specific agreement takes precedence.
2. Information We Collect
We collect what you send us through forms on this site (such as your name, organization, email address, the name of the person who introduced us, and what you tell us about your situation and goals), together with standard technical information generated by any web request, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. When you request a diagnosis, we may additionally receive business materials through a shared link or shared folder (console exports, spreadsheets, forms, screen recordings, sample system outputs) and a viewer invitation to a console. We do not ask for information beyond what a given form states.
3. How We Use It
We use the information to respond to your inquiry, to carry out the diagnosis and report its result, to carry out any engagement that follows from it, to operate and secure the site, and to meet legal obligations. The name of the person who introduced us is used only to confirm the introduction. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
4. Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to operate this site: hosting and content delivery, communication tools that receive form submissions, cloud storage for materials you share with us, and error and access monitoring. We entrust data to them only to the extent needed to provide the service, and we do not authorize them to use it for their own purposes. We name categories rather than vendors here because the specific providers change; the current list is available on request at info@envlop.co.
5. Cross-Border Transfer
Our infrastructure providers operate globally, so information may be stored or processed outside Japan, including in the United States. If you would like details of the countries involved and the measures those providers take to protect personal information, contact us at info@envlop.co and we will provide them.
6. Retention
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any engagement that follows, and thereafter only as long as required for legal or accounting purposes. We delete what we no longer need.
6-2. Materials Shared for a Diagnosis
Materials you share for a diagnosis are used only to carry out the diagnosis and report its result, and for nothing else. We do not disclose them to third parties, even before a contract exists. They are kept in cloud storage we control and accessed only by the people at ENVLOP working on the diagnosis. Where the materials contain personal information of third parties, such as your customers or staff, we handle it as data entrusted to us by you and do not use it for any other purpose. A viewer invitation to a console is used for viewing only; please revoke it once we have returned the result. We delete the materials within 30 days of returning the diagnosis result. If an engagement follows, handling continues under the terms of that contract.
7. Your Rights
You may ask us to disclose, correct, add to, delete, or stop using your personal information, and to tell you which third parties have received it. Write to info@envlop.co. We will verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. Cookies
We use only cookies required for the site to function, such as remembering your language. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its revision date shown above.
